History

1985 Xentrax is founded; providing hosted telecom management services.
1988 Xentrax’s business model moves from a hosted service to providing customer premise based offerings.
1989 Xentrax is acquired by Troy.
1991 Xentrax enters the contact centre industry and partners with Telecorp Products Inc. to provide Windows based historical and real time call centre reporting for Nortel and Avaya ACDs.
1994 Xentrax focuses its efforts and product portfolio on the contact centre industry.
1995 Xentrax expands its presence in the contact centre; partneris with Teknekron Infoswitch Corporation TIC), becoming TIC’s first global channel for its AutoQuality and P&Q Review call recording and quality management software suite for call centres.
1996 Xentrax partners with IEX Corporation becoming IEX distribution channel for the TotalView Workforce Management software solution for call centres.
1998 Troy acquires Telecorp Products Inc.
1999 Troy merges with Mettoni Group.
2000 New Company goes public, listed on FTSE.
2004 Xentrax is acquired by Private Investors.
